- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ lb lean flank steak
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups sliced onion
- 4 flour tortillas
- ⅛ teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup each green, red, and yellow bell pepper strips
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salsa, hot sauce, and sour cream, to serve
- Trim any excess fat from the steak, and then slice it across the grain diagonally into thin strips.
- Put the steak strips in a Ziploc bag with the black pepper, red pepper, cumin, chili, and salt and shake well to coat.
- Warm the tortillas, according to the directions on the pack.
- Heat a teaspoon of oil in a big skillet over a medium high heat, and then add the steak, onion, and bell peppers.
- Sauté for 5 minutes or until the steak is done.
- Stir in the lime juice.
