  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A dash of hot sauce (optional)
  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the blueberries, bell pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, salt, sugar, and hot sauce.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving.
  4. Salsa will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3 days.
